I work nights and that's what I was doing last night and didn't get home till 7:30 this morning and legs feeling wrecked by then. I'm on my feet all night, its rather a physical job so always need to sleep first before I attempt to run
No work tonight so had a little leeway before getting out and actually run. The habit is not there, well not yet just do a mile and i'll be alright
I did 1.09 miles in 12 minutes (11:01 mile pace)
That's always going to be the hard part of maintaining a streak, work I guess for all of us it will be.
Tomorrow hopefully be a little easier
