Making it a habit

Day 3 and a little late in  blogging. I can't  promise I will post every single day. Life sometimes  throws a curveball (I think that's the expression) But hopefully I will most  days. Had to go into work this morning very early For the  Night owl that I am this is always tricky.
But  was home  mid afternoon  and did get out  for  a third day

Not  far 2.12 miles 23:27 which is 11:04 pacing

Was a slow  start uphill an always keeps the pace  down  but  that is good its not about times just  getting out  and doing it

My first aim is to develop a  habit  call it consistent consistency as someone I know  has called it
